You must be over 16 to purchase livestock from this site, by placing your order you are confirming your age is over 16. All sizes are approximate and prices are for single specimens unless otherwise stated, all livestock is captive bred or wild caught, but this will be mentioned if so, and healthy on dispatch. The photos on product pages are examples of specimens and may not be the exact animal you will receive. All species sold through Snails4you are non-toxic/venomous unless otherwise stated. You are advised to take care in handling any invertebrate and always wash your hands afterwards. Livestock are purchased at your own risk, but are covered by the arrive alive guarantee. It is advised you research any species before acquiring them so as to provide the correct care and housing. Please note all snails are sold for the pet industry and as pets only. They are not being sold for food. Please remember to take care of your pet snails and do not allow any to be released into the wild under any circumstances. These are pet snails and sold as such and should be treated as a pet for the rest of their lives. Snails4you reserves the right to refuse any order at our discretion and the right to change prices without prior notice. Please be aware you are entitled to a 14 day cooling off period for any purchases you make. If you wish to return any items due to changed mind, you would be responsible for the return postage. If you wish to return any items due to being faulty or defective, then we would cover the return postage for you. All personal details which snails4you hold are stored in hard copy in a locked filing cabinet. All electronic details, used solely for invoicing and contacting the customer, are stored securely, on a security protected computer & mobile device.
On termination of services, any electronic details which snails4you hold will be deleted. Hard copies of your personal data will remain securely stored for 24 months. After this period they will be safely destroyed. We hold this data once services are terminated, as evidence should a claim be made against us. Financial records of payment made will continue to be held for tax purposes, but any account details will not be retained.
