Delivery Information

 We pride ourselves on our fast and speedy service to ensure your snails reach you in a safe and timely manner. All snails are health checked before leaving us, no ill snails will be sent. For the journey the snails are sent inside  plastic storage containers filled with damp sphagnum moss or coir to keep them moist and safe during transit.


We can send snails throughout Europe, but please be aware of your countries laws in regards to importing invertebrates.

We do offer an arrive alive guarantee with all our snails. Should they fail to reach you live, or die shortly after arrival, in very rare circumstances, then please contact us, with picture evidence, for a full refund or replacement sent free of charge.

All of our packages are sent by first class recorded as standard with the option of special delivery or added heat packs, as recommended during the colder months. If you have any questions please contact me. Dispatched within 48 hours.

Please note postage is added to your order during checkout. Postage is capped at £10 for small orders.

Please note you the customer will be responsible for any incurred import charges and taxes (outside of the UK) to your country. These are set by your customs and laws and out of our control.
